Frankly, this one is a puzzle to me! Why does the Bible call Jesus “the Word”?
The well-known use of this term is found in John 1:1 and 14, but it is also found in 1 John 1:1 and 5:7 and Revelation 19:13.
How do we connect Jesus with the Word and deity using John 1:1 and John 1:14?
Clearly, Jesus is the Word! There are many opinions why Jesus is called The Word. Spend some time reading the references and thinking about the word “word”. Why do you think it is applied to Jesus?
