HOME AGAIN HEROES #15 – Zechariah’s Messianic Prophecies

In this lesson we will wrap up our study of Zechariah by looking at chapters 9-14.

In the final chapters of the book Zechariah speaks about the future of Israel. These chapters reference many obscure cities and contain highly figurative language which can be challenging to interpret.

Like many of the Old Testament prophets these chapters point to God’s future kingdom, the church, and there are many Messianic reference. The fact that New Testament writers quote them and make application to Jesus helps us understand them.
