In this study we have considered what are called Christophanies – actual appearances of the preincarnate Christ in the Old Testament. We have also looked at some of the institutions that foreshadow Jesus (the Passover, the Scapegoat) as well as how certain persons are like Jesus in some aspects (Joseph, Moses, David). We will complete this study by studying some of the many prophecies of Jesus found in the Old Testament.
